Project survey: The site has a land occupancy of 80mu, relying upon Wuzhen Town Memorial Hall, Meihua Nunnery, and takes the shape of the four sections of Buddhism culture, Historic site culture, Folk-custom culture and Books and paintings culture, integrated with a tourism distribution center for simulation of the ancient style culture, entertainment, recreation, tourism shopping and one street of cate, tourism and traffic, booking, tourism reception and consultation. 
Planned total project investment: RMB180 million about USD21million
Investment callback period: 3.5 years

Project name: Fenhu Lake Water Sports and Entertainment Recreation Center
Project survey: It has land occupancy of 200mu and is divided into athletic sports section, gym and entertainment section, Lake/bank integrated sports health-preserving section and the Vacation Village (Including conference center). 
Planned total project investment: RMB150 million, or about USD18 million

Project name: Zhejiang Dayun Ecologic Tourism Site
Project survey: Dayun Ecologic Tourism Site ahs an overall layout area of 1.267 million m2 and consists of ecologic farming zone, ecologic vacation zone, 10-miles water-region zone and Dayuan Temple Gardens. At present, the 10-mile Water-region zone and Dayun Temple Garden zone have been built up and put into operation with good income. 
The planned total project investment: RMB120 million equivalent to about USD14.5 million
Investment callback period: 3 years. 

Project name: Mamingyang Commercial aand Trading Entertainment Site
Project survey: Mamingyang is located in the southern side of Xitang ancient town area with a land occupancy of 400mu surrounded by water on all directions. As an extension and complementation of Xitang ancient town tourism, its exploitation will surely promote the further development of the ancient town tourism trade and bring about remarkable economic efficiency in the meantime. 
Planned total project investment: RMB50 million and about USD6 million

Project name: Fenhu Lake Water Forest Tourism and Vacation Site
Project survey: The site has a layout area of 8.3km2, of which 3.77km2 is water area and is divided into 5 functional areas: Fenhu Lake Water Forest area, Fenhu Lake Water Village Rural Cultural area, Fenhu Lake Fishing Village Cate and Entertainment area, Fenhu Lake Water Sports area, and Fenhu Lake Rural Scenery area. At present, Fenhu Lake Course way at 34m width and 295m length, the water sports center, and Fenhu Lake Fruit Garden in side the site have been constructed.
